Limited Warranty
Yulan warrants for a period from the date of sale to the original purchaser for commercial & Residential applications that its Yulan laminate flooring shall:
  • Not wear through*
  • Not fade due to exposure to indirect light or electrical light
  • Not stain
  • Maintain joint integrity**
  • 15 Years Residential Warranty
  • 3 Years Light Commercial Warranty

Wear through is defined as clearly visible through the decorative surface of at least one square inch in size. Gloss reduction is not surface wear.

Joint integrity is defined as:
  • The planks will align perfectly upon installation.
  • The joint will remain secure and the planks will not come apart from each other.
  • The planks can be taken up and reinstalled numerous times.
  • The planks can be easily be removed and replaced should damage occur.
  • The above warranties are for a period of 15 years residential warranty and 3 years light commercial Warranty. If the product fails as per the limited warranty period Yulan agrees to repair or replace any part of the installation at Yulan 's sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by:
  • Installation Error
  • Accidents, abuse or misuse, such as scratches, blows, cuts or damage caused by sand and other abrasive materials, 　whether caused by a contractor, a service company or end user
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Water damage
  • Improper maintenance

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Yulan is not responsible for labor charges, installation charges, or similar costs. Consequential, special and incidential charges are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
